October 8, 2014 Wilfred Rubens of EMMA-partner Open University in the Netherlands was invited to talk about the OpenU-platform that OUNL uses for the provision of massive open online courses at a seminar about MOOC-platforms, organized by SURFAcademy in Utrecht.
