Chiara M Ferrari, is Group Director of the International, Social and Trend studies of Ipsos Public Affairs, the social research specialist division of Ipsos Italia. Ipsos Italia is a market, social and opinion research agency, with 240 employees in Italy, and it’s part of the Ipsos Group, employing 16.000+ people in 87 Countries in the world.
She’s in charge of a team of researchers coordinating international and qual-quant integrated studies, surveys and polls for NGO’s, institutions and private companies in the areas of immigration and minorities, ageing, education, CSR, donations and fundraising.
She’s currently leading the team coordinating the Pilot Evaluation package of the EMMA project, inclusive of behavior tracking (care of CSP, Italy), learning analytics (care of TLU, Estonia) and ad hoc surveys (care of Ipsos).

Kairit Tammets
Kairit Tammets is a senior researcher and head of the studies in the School of Digital Technologies at the Tallinn University, Estonia. Her research interest is related with the learning analytics, especially is Kairit interested in evidence-based educational research. Kairit’s previous research experience is related with the the teachers’ professional development in community-based environments, digital competencies of teachers and students, competency-based learning and so on.
