In this MOOC Developing Blended Learning we introduce you to the way e-learning is being combined with traditional classroom methods and independent study to create a new, hybrid teaching methodology called blended learning.
During this MOOC, we analyse several examples of blended learning and look into the role of assessment and the role of communication in collaborative and in interactive learning. We go into the design of learning activities and the role of the teacher in this.
You can become actively involved in assignments and can even choose to delve deeper into the topic with the additional assignments.
Furthermore, you can choose to create a design for a course in which internet technology is used in an effective and attractive way and ask for feedback on this from the other participants.
We supply a variety of resources for you to study and provide ample opportunity for you to engage with the other participants.
